Mindlead Institut

The core content of our coachings & trainings ist the Salzburg Awareness Model (SAM), which was developed by the authors in cooperation with Dr. Britta Hölzel, Germany’s most renowned mindfulness researcher (at Harvard Medical School, Charité Berlin, among others) and has been successfully used for several years. Neuroscientific findings, well-founded psychological concepts and contemporary approaches to mindfulness, executive coaching and organizational development are combined and form a coherent, easy-to-understand model.

In our interventions, leaders and employees receive all necessary didactical tools and many practical tips, in order to convey mindfulness in business everyday life entertainingly and brainfriendly. The Salzburg Awareness Model clearly shows what stress, flow and mindfulness cause in our brain and how corresponding techniques affect presence, concentration, creativity, empathy and other parameters. Our own modules cover opportunities for in-depth study such as Mindlead Institut, team and organizational development.

The interventions contain working materials, such as a „mindfulness canvas“, which depicts essential statements in an appealing way, exercise instructions, illustrations for visualization, concrete examples from everyday life, etc.

Thanks to their many years’ experience as management consultants, organizational developers, coaches and mindfulness teachers, the trainer speak the language of the target group and know their way of thinking, concerns and priorities.

training prepares this ground in a very professional and personal way. Mindful Leadership is the enabler for self-competence & leadership and is far more effective than the usual cascade of leadership and communication trainings”.
